Hair diagnosis

In order to ensure optimum quality, a hair diagnosis is required in order to identify the products and treatments that will be necessary to create your hairstyle.

In order to be able to easily handle your hair, we recommend that you come without any hairstyle that could hinder the study (braids, plaits, weaving).

If this is the case, you may be asked to undo part of your hairstyle.

We offer two types of consulting services.

Pink Afro specialists study your hair, using a hair diagnosis to understand its specificities. With this knowledge, they advise you and offer only the most suitable product(s) to maintain your hair.

Finally, our experts will explain to you how to use the product(s) on your hair in light of the particularities observed during the diagnosis to obtain the desired effect.

The tailor-made consulting service is included when you opt for the products sold in our salon.

• Advice without purchasing products offered by Pink Afro

You will also be able to benefit from a personalized consulting service consisting of an in-depth diagnosis as well as recommendations for products suited to your hair.

Our specialists take care of children's hair from 6 years old.

Appointment cancellation conditions

You have the possibility to cancel or postpone your appointment at your convenience up to 48 working hours before the appointment date.

Any cancellation of an appointment less than 48 working hours before the date will be subject to a 50% increase on the following service.
