Cancellation Policy

Welcoming you as soon as possible is a priority for us.

In order to allow each of our clients to come to the salon as often as they wish, we have implemented an appointment cancellation policy to limit slots lost due to last-minute cancellations.

You have the possibility to cancel or postpone your appointment at your convenience up to 48 working hours before the appointment date.

Any cancellation of an appointment less than 48 working hours before the date will be subject to a 50% increase on the following service.

Meet the day before a holiday

Appointments made for Tuesday must be cancelled no later than Thursday of the week preceding the appointment.

Any appointment made on a Tuesday after a holiday period must also be cancelled no later than the Thursday before the salon closes.

Failure to comply with conditions

In the event of non-compliance with the cancellation conditions or several impromptu cancellations, the salon reserves the right to refuse to grant an appointment.
