Pink Afro is part of an ultra-qualitative approach which consists of systematically carrying out a hair diagnosis before any service. It is therefore necessary to make a first diagnostic appointment then a second (another day) to achieve the hairstyle of your dreams. But how does this happen? We answer your questions.

What does hair diagnosis consist of at Pink Afro?

This is an appointment of about 20 minutes during which one of our specialists first observes your hair and scalp. Then follows a discussion with you to find out about your habits, particularly in terms of hair care, and to identify the nature of your hair.

Is a hair diagnosis mandatory for styling?

Yes, the hair diagnosis is mandatory because it allows us to determine which treatments and products will be necessary to achieve your hairstyle. It also allows us to give you a fair and firm price based on the conclusions of our specialist and your wishes.

Why is it not possible to make both appointments on the same day?

It is difficult for us to set an appointment for a service without having seen and handled your hair. Indeed, without your diagnosis, we are not able to define the time needed to complete your hairstyle. As a result, this would cause delays and a long wait that are contrary to our criteria of requirement and quality.

Is it possible to come without an appointment for a diagnosis?

In order to ensure everyone's safety, we are obliged to ensure that barrier gestures are respected. The gauge of the number of people in the salon must be scrupulously respected, it is not possible for us to receive you without an appointment.

Is the diagnosis chargeable and can I come with someone?

The hair diagnosis is free. Due to the health situation, no accompanying person will be able to attend the hair diagnosis in the salon except for the only adult accompanying a child who has come to have their diagnosis carried out.

I live far away, do I have to come twice for the diagnosis and then the hairdressing?

Indeed, but we will do everything we can to ensure that each of your visits is both useful and enjoyable. So yes, it will be necessary to come twice. For your next appointments, you will just need to call us to arrange and come and pamper yourself.
